Job Description
- Delivers and executes Vendor/Customer Master Data requests;
- Supports the preparation of documentations for Master Data processes and related systems;
- Assures quality of Vendor/Customer Master Data related activities;
- Supports delivery and implementation of master data standards for Vendor Master Data while respecting minimum requirements regarding segregation of duties, internal controls and key controls, master data related procedural or work instructions;
- Assures compliance with process standards for Vendor Master Data, finance master data related external and internal rules and regulations;
- Acts as contact person for stakeholders (Purchasing/Customer Accounting) and ensures alignment with them;
- Assures compliance with process standards for Finance Master Data related to external and internal rules and regulations;
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Financial field or related;
- 2 years minimum work experience in Finance departments or comparable knowledge;
- Affinity for Master Data Management relating to ERP systems, preferably knowledge in SAP FI module and/or MDG
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Organized with analytical thinking;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Communication skills, team work capabilities & willingness to work with in international teams

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1500 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
