Job Description
Join LEONI’s international IT finance team and drive the development of smart, scalable treasury solutions across the SAP landscape. As an IT Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging finance and technology, supporting core cash management processes and shaping the future of digital finance in a global environment.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Managing and improving LEONI’s treasury systems (e.g. SAP In-House Cash, SAP TRM)
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements in a clear, structured way
- Translating requirements into precise technical and process specifications
- Designing alternative solution concepts and conducting feasibility analyses
- Defining system architecture, use cases, and technical documentation
- Implementing end-to-end solutions, including programming, testing, go-live, data migration, training, and support
- Transferring developed solutions to operations, including handover and operations manuals
- Providing 3rd level support and troubleshooting advanced system issues
- Participating in projects and leading smaller or mid-sized project initiatives
- Acting as a key interface between business and IT, enabling process digitalization
Qualifications and Experience
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Treasury applications
- Solid understanding of treasury and financial processes
- Strong background in IT requirements engineering and business process translation
- Experience with solution development, technical documentation, and feasibility assessments
- Knowledge of IT architecture and enterprise integration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2); knowledge of German is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 2200 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
