Job Description

• Be responsible for LEONI’s treasury systems (e.g. SAP in-house cash, SAP TRM), overlooking improvement changes and daily activities
• Gather and document process and technical requirements from the business in a structured and comprehensive manner.
• Translate business requirements into technical and process specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with the business needs.
• Develop alternative solution concepts, conduct feasibility analyses, and present recommendations for alignment with stakeholders.
• Define solution specifications and architecture, including use cases and technical details.
• Implement solution concepts in line with internal guidelines, managing all phases including programming, testing, go-live, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Transfer newly developed solutions to the business or IT Operations, create operations manuals, and ensure solution approval and handover.
• Provide 3rd level support for existing IT Treasury solutions, troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues.
• Participate in projects and take over (partial) project management for small and medium-sized projects.
• Lead the transition of business processes into IT solutions by engaging in professional requirements engineering in close collaboration with business units.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (B.Sc./B.A. required)
• At least 3 years‘ experience with SAP Treasury applications
• Good understanding of Treasury business processes
• Experience in IT requirements engineering and solution implementation
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and process requirements
• Proficiency in solution development, feasibility analysis, and technical documentation
• Solid understanding of IT architecture and solution design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Good english language skills

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 2200 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
