Job Description
Join our team as a Sales Administration & Billing Team Lead and take the opportunity to shape how key business processes run across an international organization. You will lead a committed team, ensure smooth daily operations, and have real influence on improving the way we deliver our services.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Lead and supervise the Sales Admin & Billing team to meet defined KPIs and service quality standards
- Ensure smooth execution of sales administration and billing processes, adhering to internal standards and governance
- Define team goals, allocate tasks, and provide clear instructions, monitoring and supporting the achievement of results
- Identify improvement potential, support change initiatives, and drive service delivery excellence
- Plan and coordinate daily team activities, ensuring all requests and tasks are handled efficiently
- Support the professional development of team members through coaching, feedback, and regular performance conversations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and business units, ensuring effective communication and escalation management
Qualifications and Experience
What do we expect from you?
- Education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales administration, billing, customer service, or a similar business service role; leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of administrative and accounting processes, customer service principles, or issue resolution
- Ability to analyse data, evaluate performance indicators, and propose improvements
- Skilled in working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to lead a team in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluency in English (German is an advantage)

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 2500 EUR/Brutto + 13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
