Job Description

Join our People Development & Culture team and play a key role in shaping talent, learning, leadership and cultural development within LEONI.

You will act as an internal consultant for leaders and HR colleagues, drive national learning initiatives, support the full Talent Management cycle, and help build an engaging and development-oriented work environment.

This role combines both conceptual work and hands-on coordination of learning and development activities with a strong link to global HR frameworks.

What will be your responsibilities? 

  • Independent planning, coordination and organisation of training measures for employees in Germany
  • Administration and maintenance of content in the Learning Management System
  • Management of and coordination with internal and external trainers, employees and managers
  • Support in the evaluation of training courses and, if necessary, coordination of improvement measures
  • Creation and tracking of HR-related orders in SAP
  • Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
  • Support for the team in various administrative tasks

This position is offered as a maternity leave replacement.

    Qualifications and Experience

    What do we expect from you?

    • Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
    • Initial professional experience in an international commercial enterprise
    • Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or similar HR areas from advantage
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
    • Good user skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Independent and structured working style
    • Good communication and coordination skills
    • Enjoy working in an international team
