Job Description

• Support annual IT budget planning: Assists with identifying and calculating process, service, project and component costs for financial IT planning and budgeting
• Collect required financial data for reports
• Analyze global IT costs, identify and explain of deviations, propose suitable countermeasures and preparation of corresponding decision papers/ facilitate decision-making
• Support project managers with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculations as part of projects
• Provide regular IT cost reporting,
• Support on -demand/ ad-hoc reports

Your Challenges

• Complex IT Cost and IT Cost allocation structure
• Intercultural communication within IT (Service owner and service component owner) and with customers (Leoni internally)
• Need for alignment coordination with other departments such as TAX or Service Controlling

Qualifications and Experience

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in service management, cost management or controlling in an IT environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good English and MS Office skills
• High social and intercultural competence
• Competence in the design of processes is a plus

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1 800 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
