Join LEONI’s global engineering and IT team and help shape the digital foundation of our electronics and component development processes.
As an IT Process Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting business needs with technical solutions across our PLM and engineering landscape.
You’ll contribute to building and integrating future-ready tools and workflows that support innovation, performance, and product lifecycle efficiency.
Collaborate with international teams, work with cutting-edge development systems, and take ownership of impactful digital transformation projects in the automotive industry.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Responsibility for driving the business forward with integration of the tools and processes for electronic and component development in our PLM landscape
- Conception, elaboration and consulting regarding the tools of our growing components and electronics business
- Ensuring smooth integration of IT systems with engineering tools like 3D CAD, simulation software and PLM platforms
- Gathering/understanding business requirements and translating into IT/system specification
- Managing development and implementation of processes and methods in close collaboration with IT and business teams
- Continuous optimization of process and system performance
- 3rd level support for users and support for technical questions and challenges
- Technical documentation of system environment
Qualifications and Experience
What do we expect from you?
- Completed degree in the field of engineering, computer science or comparable field
- Ideally profound knowledge and several years of experience in development and/or production in the electronics/component business
- Knowledge of Product lifecycle management (PTC Windchill) and development tools (CATIA, Siemens NX) is desirable
- Analytical and structured way of working as well as high problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
- Fluent spoken and written English skills

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 2100 EUR/Brutto + 13th salary. The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
