Job Description
Your tasks:
Join our global HR leadership team and take charge of shaping the future of Talent Acquisition at a strategic level. As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will drive impactful initiatives, lead a small highly motivated international team, and ensure the excellence of recruitment standards, processes, and governance across the organization. What will be your responsibilities?
- Leading and supervising the global Talent Acquisition organization in line with defined objectives and key performance indicators
- Designing and driving global initiatives to strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness
- Managing executive recruiting activities and conducting inhouse management assessments
- Orchestrating and steering employer branding initiatives and respective social media activities
- Taking ownership of standards, governance models, core processes and respective IT tools related to Talent Acquisition on a global scale in close collaboration with the country HR organizations
- Defining and managing budgets to ensure sustainable development and optimization of recruitment activities
- Proposing and implementing measures to enhance team performance, agility, diversity, succession planning, and organizational growth
- Acting as a change agent and coach to support global HR transformation and talent strategy execution
- Ensuring alignment with business goals while continuously improving recruitment methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Qualifications and Experience
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading HR or Talent Acquisition teams in an international, matrix organization
- Strong professional background (for at least 10+ years) in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and modern sourcing methods for different target groups, e.g. international executives, office and production workers
- Understanding of global HR trends, labor markets, and compliance-related topics
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- If you’ve had a chance to work on (external) executive search projects, that’s a great plus
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to successfully lead an international team of experts in a virtual / hybrid working environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with relevant HR technologies and recruitment platforms (e.g. ATS - SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 3000 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
