LEONI as employer
As a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, we generate consolidated sales of around € 5 billion with some 85,000 employees in 23 countries. Our value chain ranges from wires, optical fibers, standardized cables and special cables through to custom-developed wiring systems and related components as well as services. As an innovation partner with profound development and systems expertise, we thereby empower our customers across the world.
LEONI Slovakia
LEONI Wiring Systems Slovakia, spol. s r. o., based in Trenčín, has been producing high-quality wiring harnesses for world-famous car brands for 30 years. This long history proves the skill and efficiency of our employees. Today, we operate in two production sites in Trenčín (after moving our operations in Ilava to the Trenčín Industrial Park in 2022).
In early 2024, we successfully opened Shared Service Centers in Dubnica nad Váhom, located in the city's tallest building – ORION.
At LEONI, we focus on the future. Our EMO – electromobility production now specializes in wiring harnesses for electric and hybrid vehicles, serving top global brands. At the same time, we continue our long-term partnership with VW Group costumer, which confirms high-quality of our work.

LEONI Wiring Systems Slovakia cares for its workers and obtained two important employer awards from state government institutions:

Responsible Employer is awarded by the National Labor Inspectorate valid for five years and renewable. The program is a tool to support the introduction of an effective human resources management system and to improve working conditions at the employer. The aim is to improve the care of the most valuable and strategically capital: our people.

Safe Enterprise is an award granted by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic also for five years and with the possibility of renewal. The goal is to apply a systemic approach to the issue of safety and health protection at work based on legislation and in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety management.
