LEONI is a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry. The group of companies has around 87,000 employees in 21 countries and generated consolidated sales of EUR 5 billion in 2024.
The partnership between LEONI and Luxshare Group has been effective since mid-2025. LEONI's largest customer group comprises the global car, commercial vehicle and component supply industry. The company is one of the world's largest suppliers of complex wiring systems and customer-specific cable harnesses. It’s value chain also comprises related components, from development to production. As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, LEONI supports its customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts, from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems. To this end, LEONI develops wiring systems that reduce complexity and enable higher levels of automation through zonal architecture, for example.
LEONI Slovakia
LEONI Wiring Systems Slovakia, spol. s r. o., based in Trenčín, has been producing high-quality wiring harnesses for world-famous car brands for 30 years. Founded in 1993, our long history demonstrates the skill and efficiency of our more than 1,000 employees. Today, we operate two production sites in Trenčín (after relocating our operations from Ilava to the Trenčín Industrial Park in 2022), where we manufacture a wide variety of components for the automotive industry. These include wiring harnesses, plastic parts, main fuse boxes, data transmission cables, high-voltage harnesses, distributors, testing modules, and aftermarket products.
In early 2024, we successfully opened a Shared Service Center in Dubnica nad Váhom, located in the city's tallest building – ORION. From here, our employees support global teams in areas such as design, hardware and software development, automation, simulation, logistics, purchasing, HR, finance, quality, sales, and more. In addition to its strategic role, the building offers a stunning view of the surrounding nature and mountains, creating an inspiring work environment.
At LEONI, we focus on the future. Our EMO – Electromobility Production – specializes in wiring harnesses for electric and hybrid vehicles, serving top global brands.

Responsible Employer is awarded by the National Labor Inspectorate valid for five years and renewable. The program is a tool to support the introduction of an effective human resources management system and to improve working conditions at the employer. The aim is to improve the care of the most valuable and strategically capital: our people.

Safe Enterprise is an award granted by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic also for five years and with the possibility of renewal. The goal is to apply a systemic approach to the issue of safety and health protection at work based on legislation and in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety management.
